Project Description
Unlike in conventional astronomy, where data can often be turned into striking images, in gravitational waves making a form of our data which is easy to understand and accessible is challenging. However, the signals we detect are in the audio frequency range, and so can be turned into sound. This project involves developing methods to sonify gravitational wave signals, and to use these to make our data more accessible.
